Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising programme of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ('Google').

This data protection information for customers informs you about the processing of your personal data at Hartmann Möbelwerke GmbH. In accordance with art. 4 sentence 1 GDPR, this includes all information that relates to or can be related to your person, especially by means of assignment to an identifier (such as a name) or to an organisation number or customer number, through which, your person can be identified.

As the responsible entity, we are making this data protection information ("Notification") available to customers. It explains the data processing processes relating to our customers.

Name, contact data (e-mail and telephone number), services which have been ordered and the products/ contract information (billing information).

Data processing purposes, legal basis and consequences:

our personal data will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling the contractual relationship with the customer (including the performance of contractual obligations, processing of the invoice, communication and regulatory compliance), marketing, customer relationship activities and for fraud prevention.

Hartmann Möbelwerke GmbH relies on the following legal principles regarding data processing:

  • Fulfilment of the contractual relationship with the business partner (art. 6b GDPR);
  • Legitimate interest of Hartmann Möbelwerke GmbH or third parties (e.g. state authorities or courts) (art. 6f GDPR). In particular, the legitimate interest may involve information sharing, marketing and customer relations activities. It may also involve fraud prevention, IT misuse, money laundering, whistleblower operations, physical security, IT and network security, internal investigations as well as potential mergers and acquisitions.
